In-stadia Registration Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the ANZ Netball In-stadia Registration Competition (“Competition”) commences on Thursday 5th May at 12.00pm (noon) and ends 11.59am Thursday 12th May.
   
2. Entry into the Competition is achieved by going to anznetball.com, becoming a registered member of anznetball.co.nz, accepting the terms and conditions and entering a unique code as shown on the cards dispatched by ANZ staff at ANZ Championship games during the season.
3. Each code is valid for the week following that game only.
4. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only who are registered users on anznetball.co.nz and over the age of 16 years.
5. Entries are limited to one entry per person only.
6. Staff and their immediate families and agents of ANZ National Bank Limited (“ANZ”) and its related companies are not eligible to enter the Competition.
7. The prize draw will take place on Friday 13th May and the winner will be contacted by email no later than 4pm on Friday 13th May.
8. This prize consists of one item of ANZ Championship merchandise.
9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable, ANZ may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice.
10. To the extent permitted by law, ANZ will not be liable for any costs, expenses, damage or injury which any participant in the Competition may suffer or incur.
11. By entering the Competition you are deemed to accept all these terms and conditions.
12. ANZ’s decisions on all matters regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. ANZ reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the Competition at any time.
