Grand Prize

Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry into the ANZ Netball Grand Prize Competition (“Competition”) commences on Friday 28th January 2011 at 2.00pm and ends 11.59pm on Tuesday 3rd May 2011.
  2. Entry into the Competition is achieved by going to anznetball.com, becoming a registered member of anznetball.co.nz and accepting the terms and conditions. Additional chances to enter may be achieved during the course of the Competition by participating in the online weekly quiz.
  3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only who are registered users on anznetball.co.nz and over the age of 16 years.
  4. Entries are limited to one entry per person only.
  5. Staff and their immediate families and agents of ANZ National Bank Limited (“ANZ”) and its related companies are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  6. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 4th May 2011 and the winner will be contacted by email no later than 4pm on Thursday 5th May 2011.
  7. This prize consists of one event whereby the ANZ Championship franchise team in the same region as the winner will attend a two hour event at a venue of the winner’s choice, subject to ANZ approval.
  8. Catering and entertainment will be provided for the duration of the event for up to 150 people.
  9. Venue is subject to the approval of ANZ and the participating franchise.
  10. Transport and accommodation is not included. 
  11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable, ANZ may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice.
  12. This prize must be redeemed before 31 December 2011 and a confirmed date will be negotiated by ANZ with the relevant ANZ Championship franchise.
  13. To the extent permitted by law, ANZ will not be liable for any costs, expenses, damage or injury which any participant in the Competition may suffer or incur.
  14. By entering the Competition you are deemed to accept all these terms and conditions.
  15. ANZ’s decisions on all matters regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. ANZ reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the Competition at any time.
